1. How do I know my level?

For major languages, you can take our online multiple choice language tests. Assessment of other languages can be arranged; please contact us for details.

2. How long does it take to become fluent in a language?

Any honest and serious teacher will give you the same answer. It is depends of the level you are already at. Also, it is up to you depends on how much time and energy you invest , how long you study the language , the frequency of the classes and how much do you practise at home.

3. What qualifications do your native teachers possess?

Our teachers are qualified with teaching certificates, university degrees, professional experience or qualifications or a combination of the above.

4. Where does the training take place?

  • All our private tuition for adults take place at your home/place of work/ an alternative venue of your choice.
  • For corporate clients: tuition will take place in the convenience of your company's premises.
  • All our tuition for children take place at the parent's or legal guardian' home.
  • All our public courses in class size group take place at London Bridge or Liverpool street.

5. Who takes your evening public classes

Clients encompass a broad range of ages and experience, but many are professionals working in the city area who are interested in travelling , working overseas, buying a house abroad or married with a foreign spouse.

7. Can I receive a certificate after my course?

Yes, we do understand how important it is to show any language courses on your CV. Therefore if this applies to you, just let us know and we will forward an appropriate attendance certificate after your course. As well as this, they carry out listening exercises and think up games for variety and motivation, to give the learning process an interesting and communication-oriented form.

8. Do I have to pay for the whole course in advance?

Yes - lessons are paid for in advance. The course can start as soon as this is received.

9. Can I cancel a private lesson booked at anytime?

The client must notify the company and the teacher of any cancellation at least 24 working hours before the date and time of the lesson. Any lesson cancelled less than 24 working hours before it is scheduled will be billed in full.

10. Do I need to use my block of hours within a limited period of time?

No - There is no time restrictions to use your hours. You can put your language training on hold if needed.
